IMPORTANT COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) INFORMATION

3-17-2020 11:30am

At Wave, we take the safety and well-being of our members, employees and neighbors as our top priority always. We are closely monitoring the rapidly evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19).  This can be unnerving, with new information coming to light daily, and even hourly. We are following these real-time developments and looking to experts such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for guidance. As a result, we have taken several actions to ensure we are keeping your well-being front and center. We will also ensure that you have uninterrupted access to your banking services.

We have taken the following steps to serve you better during this time:

  • Our branches, offices and ATMs are cleaned thoroughly and regularly in accordance with CDC protocols
  • We are encouraging all employees who are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms of illness to remain home
  • We have monitored and limited travel for our entire Wave team of service professionals

Our branch locations remain open and we are happy to serve you.  If you prefer to practice the recommended social distancing, please use Wave’s mobile application or online banking to deposit checks, pay bills, check balances, transfer funds and much more. It is easier than ever to do your banking from the palm of your hand.  The ATM network continues to be available for cash withdrawals.  Our member service team can be reached at (401) 781-1020 or This email address is being protected from spambots. Scammers capitalize on “hot news topics” to trick you into clicking on their websites and emails. Here are a few tips to help keep you safe:

We appreciate your cooperation and patience and we’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide the latest updates and helpful resources at www.WaveFCU.org.  We also recommend continuing to follow the guidance of reputable advisories such as the CDC and the WHO. Please know that we are here if you need us.

Thank you for being a valued member of Wave Federal Credit Union.
